Warwick School of Law was established in 1969 and has since developed into one of the leading Law Schools in the UK. Its teaching standards and research quality consistently receive high ratings, and the University itself ranks amongst the leading half-dozen research and teaching institutions in the UK.
The School of Law is located in the Social Studies Faculty of the university. The School has a student population of about 750 (550 undergraduates and 200 postgraduates) with 40 full-time academic and, at any one time, close to a dozen research fellows. The School has a strong research culture and all staff are active researchers in their own areas of expertise.
